HubSpot alternative

A HubSpot alternative for teams that already live in Notion.

HubSpot is a suite: CRM, marketing, service, CMS. If your team sells from Notion and mostly needs a pipeline that stays true, you may be paying for a platform to hold a spreadsheet's worth of deals.

Stay on HubSpot if

  • you run marketing campaigns, sequences and landing pages from the same tool
  • you need deep built-in reporting and forecasting
  • your team is not in Notion and does not want to be

Switch to Notion Pilot if

  • your team already works in Notion and the CRM is the one thing outside it
  • you are a 2–10 person sales team and seat pricing hurts
  • you want AI to do the data entry, with a preview before every write
  • you sell to French companies and want them enriched from open data

Questions

Can I import my HubSpot data?

Yes. Export companies, contacts and deals from HubSpot as CSV and import them into the deployed databases with Notion's CSV import. Moving a larger CRM? We scope migrations on request.

Is Notion a real CRM?

Notion is a database with relations, permissions and history. What it lacks is someone keeping it current. That is the part Notion Pilot adds.

Is it free?

The CRM is free, and the Claude Code skills are open source (MIT). A paid step-by-step guide (PDF) is available — see pricing.
