Privacy

Short version: we keep as little as possible, and your CRM records never leave your Notion workspace.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the product you picked, your language, the page you signed up from and the date, in our database (MongoDB Atlas). We use it only to email you when that product exists. We never sell or share it. To delete it, contact us.

Analytics

We run our own Umami instance. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it counts page views and button clicks so we know which pages help.

Deploying the CRM

When you connect Notion, the access token is kept in a signed session cookie in your browser so the wizard can create your databases. We store the IDs of the databases it created and your workspace URL so the cockpit can find them. We do not store your CRM records: they live in your Notion workspace, under your agreement with Notion. Content your AI assistant reads is processed by that assistant's provider under its own terms.

Calls

Calls are booked through Cal.com, under Cal.com's privacy policy.
