Notion CRM · Claude
Your Notion CRM, kept current by Claude. You approve every write.
Paste a sales email into Claude. It finds the company, the contact and the deal in your Notion, and proposes the updates in a preview table. You correct a line or say go. Two minutes instead of fifteen clicks.
One email in, four linked records out
Company
Found by name, or created. Never duplicated: Claude searches before it writes.
Contact
Name, role and company from the signature. A missing email stays empty: nothing is invented.
Deal
Stage, expected close date and next step, read from what the client actually wrote.
Activity
The email logged against the deal, the person and the company, so the pipeline formulas stay true.
Preview
A table of every create and update, with the relations, before anything reaches Notion.
Your go
The only thing that writes. Correct a stage in one sentence and Claude sends a new preview.
Set it up in four steps
- Deploy the CRM. Six related databases (Companies, People, Leads, Activities, Meetings, ICP profiles) and a pipeline home land in your Notion. Free, about two minutes.
- Connect Claude to Notion with Notion's official connector, and authorise the workspace that holds the CRM.
- Add the skills. In the Claude app or Claude Code, install the open-source notion-pilot-powers plugin: search before write, preview by default, French company lookup.
- Paste your first email and ask Claude to update the CRM. Read the preview, then say go.
Prefer the Claude app? Notion's connector works there too. Put the preview rule in your project instructions so every conversation asks before it writes.
Why a preview, every time
An assistant that writes on its own fills a CRM fast and wrong: a second "Acme" company, a deal moved to the wrong stage, a contact with a guessed email. The preview turns each email into a ten-second review. You keep the speed and lose the clean-up.
Claude reads your real properties, so a field you add on Monday can be filled on Tuesday. The CRM stays a plain Notion workspace: views, permissions and sharing are Notion's own.
Questions
Does Claude write to my Notion without asking?
No. Every change is shown as a preview table first: what is created, what is updated, which relations are set. Nothing is written until you reply go.
Which Claude do I need?
Claude with Notion's official connector and the free notion-pilot-powers plugin. In the Claude app (paid plans), add it from Customize → Plugins → Add marketplace → ldom1/notion-pilot-powers. In Claude Code, two commands install it.
Is the CRM free?
Yes. Deploying the six databases into your Notion is free, with no card and no seat price. The Claude Code plugin is open source (MIT).
Where does my data live?
In your own Notion workspace. Notion Pilot keeps no copy of your CRM records. What Claude reads is processed by Anthropic, under your Claude plan.
Can it fill in company data?
For French companies, yes: SIREN, sector and published accounts come from public registries (SIRENE, RNE, BODACC). Companies elsewhere are stored but not enriched.
